They currently clean and maintain the common areas of all 11 residential buildings that I own in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. They are always beyond thorough and make sure everything is in pristine condition. The owner is very involved in all of his jobs that he performs for us and makes sure everything is done right. Seriously, do not look else where. Itâ s very hard to find a company like this these days.
