"Justin and his partner did a fantastic job installing a radius copper gutter around a portion of our house. The final job was neat and showed a great amount of skill. The only item that I would give a slightly lower score for was the fact that excessive flux from the soldering operation fell onto my wood deck and railing staining them. I was able to wash the stains out, however, so there was no permanent damage. The price was much better than others out in the market by multiples."

The salesman was incredibly aggressive - there was the overall 'if you don't buy today then Castle Windows will never sell to you again' pitch several times, and an extremely long and slow demonstration about the benefits of their windows over their competitors - even though we had clearly indicated we were pressed for time and were happy to make a decision fairly quickly. Not pleasant overall, but we liked the windows so we went ahead and signed. On reflection, and having done more research (we have more windows to be replaced) I now wish we hadn't. I think we may have gotten the same pricing or even better but without the discomfort.
The other part of the process - our condo approval - was also a mess, and added almost two months to the wait time simply because they kept sending the wrong color samples for the frames! 
Summary - good product, but the people side of things does not work too well.
