The only item that I would give a slightly lower score for was the fact that excessive flux from the soldering operation fell onto my wood deck and railing staining them. I was able to wash the stains out, however, so there was no permanent damage. The price was much better than others out in the market by multiples."

Although they had to come back a couple of times because when they put the replacement window in just like a whole unit, when the repairman is putting in there's a crack developed. So, they had to come back a couple of times to put a new unit in and they were very responsive. I thought the price was high but the quality of the windows and so on is outstanding. They couldn't explain what happen because as he was putting in the final pieces around the window it cracked.
