The decision to have the work done was difficult for us, since I have successfully replaced most of the other windows in the house myself, and those results have been highly satisfactory. There have been no problems and lots of compliments from friends. However, the process was time consuming and not easy. Besides, we anticipated additional problems replacing these windows due to peculiarities with the location, which was one reason they were last on our replacement list. Suffice it to say we were extremely pleased with C. Michaelâ s professional installation of our new casement windows. The old windows were glued in place and were removed only with great difficulty; but the work was completed in a day. Clean up was done perfectly. There were several men in the crew, all of whom were cheerful and very respectful as they did their work. Their foreman was helpful, courteous and firmly in control. The completed installation was superb. We highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors and will use their services again should the need arise."

"The team from The Climate Chief were very professional from day one. They laid out plastic sheeting to protect our recently refinished hard wood floors. Cleaned up any messes from the blown in insulation. Covered the doorway by utilizing TEVEC house wrap and tape so we would not lose much heat when the hoses were running. At the end of each day one of the employees would pick up the plastic sheeting and sweep the floors and they would pick up all the tools so not to leave a cluttered workplace inside and outside. Billy Mike, and crew were very happy and cheerful while at work. Very knowledgeable about how to seal up any of the existing open areas. They removed all the existing fiberglass insulation before replacing with 18 inches of cellulose R60. A very professional job we are very pleased to say. We noticed a warmer difference in room temperatures right away! We would strongly recommend them to others!"
