The estimator, David, was competent and professional. Soon after his visit, I received a letter from the President and Vice President of Woodford Bros describing their goal : to have 100% satisfied customers and zero misunderstandings, and the means that will be taken to achieve that. Included with the letter was a list of 50-60 references (names and phone numbers) in my and adjacent zipcodes for whom they had done work, and an invitation to contact as many of these people as I wanted. My project was small enough that Woodford required no money down, they expected no payment whatsoever until the contract has been fulfilled to my satisfaction. The project took a month to complete. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. I am an extremely satisfied customer and recommend Woodford without reservation. They are a premier organization, the kind of company and people you wish everyone was."

"Miller construction takes great pride in their work as exhibited by their schedule, very prompt. I had new concrete driveway and sidewalks installed. They listened to special details like the color I wanted mixed in the concrete to accent the driveway in the sunlight. The patio installed I wanted rounded corners and special details done and WOW These guys are incredible. These are special features that only qualified professionals could take on the tasks I will be using Miller construction in the fall for other concrete work to be done. I would recommend Miller Construction to anyone. If asked to endorse miller construction I would be honored. "In response to my initial email inquiry, Eric, the owner, came to the house and we discussed all of the issues and how they would deal with them. He took measurements and pictures and was very professional, polite and encouraging. Within a few days he emailed me a very precise and detailed proposal outlining all three jobs and the estimated cost. I immediately accepted. Adam came to the house and took some more measurements and pictures and said the work would begin the following week and take three days. The required permits were taken care of right away. As scheduled, Paul (the onsite foreman), Lloyd and TJ showed up and began to work. Braces were installed against the basement wall after the cracks were repaired. On the exterior a French drain was put in along the side of the house extending to the ditch out front. The old walkout was excavated and a new permentry door was installed. The work went as planned with no problems and was finished in three days. All debris was taken care of and they cleaned up when they were through. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Adam followed up the day after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I also must give kudos to Cynthia, the office manager, who made the paperwork and payment process smooth and effortless. The quality of the work and the quality of the employees is just exceptional.

"Scott and his were responsive and accommodating. They worked over the course of approximately 3 months. Some of the major work included the following; removing 2 walls, raising and installing new foundation, building (2 sides) new cinder block walls - all during winter months. They still have to come back to tidy up things out side once the weather breaks. However, overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done."
