"Our exhaust fan/light was acting up and Mr. Jan came right out the same day and gave us a free estimate, and a convenient time that he could be back out. Mr. Jan was very polite and professional. He quoted us one price, however he was able to get the job done without extensive damage so he charged us less than what he quoted. A very well rounded gentleman. Thank you so much Mr. Jan.
