Soon afterwards, Dan paid us a visit and after a few minutes of assessing how to get our guest out of the flue, but not free in the house, proceeded do to so with skill and efficiency. Dan was respectful, thoughtful, on time, upfront on costs (which were very reasonable), and thoroughly described how he was going to extract the critter. While I hope I never need Danà ¢à  à  s services again, should I, I would do so in a heart beat."

Main concern is that we’ve had to reschedule multiple appointments last minute which has been a major inconvenience due to moving around of plans. Also received 10+ missed calls in a 5 min time span when I was in the middle of an appointment. I understand they were trying to call to let me know they had to reschedule my appointment again but would appreciate a message being left after the first call. Overall good experience (too early to tell about my mice issue but looks like a thorough job) but would appreciate them being able to be more reliable on keeping scheduled appointments."
