"Jesse is knowledgeable about his profession and does it well. We had a bird in the chimney and he removed it without hurting it and let it go outside. I asked for help on a Friday night and heard back from Jesse within an hour which was important to us since we were kind of anxious about whatever animal (at the time we had no idea what it was) was in the chimney.
