Very honest, very professional!

treated multiple units for infestations such as termites, spiders, ants, rodents. whatever they used, worked.....many satified unit owners, would definitely use them again

We have Regal Exterminators' termites certificate. They inspect our premises inside and out annually. They take time to inspect thoroughly and are very pleasant and professional.

I had termite service done over twenty years ago. In each ensuing year I paid for a warranty service contract which requires the company to do an onsite inspection of premises- indoors and outdoors to determine if there is any pest problems. Years ago they would schedule an appointment in advance to view the premises so that they could inspect the inside as well as the outdoors. This has all changed over the past few years, they just send a bill and state they have done the inspection and that no one was at home to let them in. The past few years they've done there outdoor and quot;inspectingand quot; when the ground had snow on it. My wife complained to the company to no avail. The long side short of the matter we detected in the
corner of our dining room [a room we don't use] that there has been floor damage due to termites. The reason we found the damage was that we were having our floors refinished in the house. The flooring company propped up a few boards to show the damage. After six calls we finally got one of Regal's owners to come and look at what damage had been done. He told me that the insurance company does not pay for damages and that he would inspect the property for activity. He told that there was no current evidence of termites and that the damage that was done had to be from a few years ago. I paid the flooring company to repair and replace the damaged floor boards and have moved on from Regal!

They did give some great advice on how to set the traps and if I need them later I will call them back. They were very professional and didn't charge me anything for the time they took to come out.

They gave me a good price and did better inspection compared to the others. They gave us a lot on information. They were very thorough. I rate them high overall.

I compared prices and found them to be the cheapest. I had a problem with flying insects by a window, I called them and they told me what to do on my own. They are very good to give you information so you can take care of the problem yourself.

The exterminator was friendly and informative. He wasn't pushy and supplied me with all the facts so I could make my decision on how I wanted the problem solved. Having moved here recently from the city... I WANTED ALL CRITTERS OUT OF THE HOUSE. I would definitely call the company again. It was a very pleasant experience.

Whenever they come to our house, they do a good job and I am pleased with the work. They are always on time and answer all of our questions. I would recommend them to other people because they know exactly where to spray and are very accurate with their work. They are priced reasonably as well. They come four times a year and we pay them yearly.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR EIGHTEEN YEARS, NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE REALISTIC AND PROMPT. THEY DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO DIAGNOSE YOUR OWN PROBLEM. THEY COME SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND ADVISE YOU ON WHAT TO DO.

REGAL DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF SPRAYING MY HOME FOR ANTS. THIS COMPANY IS LOCAL AND THE SERVICE PERSONNEL IS EXCELLENT. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE WAS REASONABLE.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS AND THERE IS NO WAITING AROUND. I DO NOT HAVE ANY BUGS SO I GUESS THAT IS A GOOD THING.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR THE LAST TWENTY EIGHT YEARS BACK WHEN CHLORDANE WAS STILL LEGAL. THEY HAVE SINCE INCREASED THEIR PRICES EVERY YEAR FOR THE PAST FIVE AND IT'S GETTING TO EXPENSIVE.

I HAVE BEEN WITH REGAL FOR MANY YEARS. THEY HAVE PERFORMED SUCH A GOOD JOB. THEY ONLY HAVE TO COME OUT ONCE A YEAR. THE EXTERMINATORS ARE HONEST, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL IN ALL THEIR WORK. I WOULD NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE FOR THE JOB!
