We had to be out-of-town for a few days considered cancelling our trip. No need; Rea treated our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up nightly and were very respectful our privacy and the fact that we were "living" here while they were working. Would happily recommend them to anyone without hesitation."

"Excellent! Alta Renovations did my bathroom from the studs out. Tile, sheetrock, floor, vanity and the plumbing and towel hardware. The job was was in a co-op, with very frustrating "rules" and "requirements ". Most contractors would not want to participate (paperwork, time schedules and parking restrictions). Jose, the owner of Alta, abided by all the rules, whiles still keeping a smile!!! His workers worked neatly and orderly, knew exactly what had to be done, and did it. Very pleased. "We are extremely pleased with the way the job went. From the outset, the owner Dave was very responsive to us, always promptly returning emails and phone calls. He told us that the job would take about 10 days and it took exactly that. His detailed estimate was for his labor and he advised us as to the best places to purchase the fixtures and tile so that we could use his discounts, giving us the option to choose exactly what we wanted. Dave sent a dumpster over for all the debris from the job . They completely gutted the bathroom, also taking out a half-wall that had divided the room. They replaced the old window, replaced all the sheet rock, and ripped out all the old tile both from the floor and around the bathtub. They installed a new toilet, new bathtub, new tile on the floor and tub walls, new light fixtures, new vanity and sink, new interior door, new medicine cabinet, and painted the walls with a color of our choosing. The workmen showed up promptly every morning, worked very hard and were very careful to keep the disruption to a minimum and completely cleaned up the job every single day. Dave checked in everyday as well. The quality of each of his workers was outstanding, and the room looks wonderful. They even came back a couple of weeks later to install a part that we had ordered that was delayed, and to finish up a few little details that they felt needed a touch more attention. We would definitely recommend this company!"
