Water Heater Repair or Service
Pipe Doctors is very professional. They checked my water heater and concluded that repairing it would cost as much as replacing it and waived their initial inspection fee. The charge for the installation of the replacement heater was reasonable (after shopping around) and it was done promptly. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need any plumbing related work done again.

I would say that Bill from Pipe Doctor was very professional and he put in a heater for me that was done in the correct amount of time. He was in a cramped space both above and With a sidewall but well manageg getting the heater in and was able to do the job famously. I intend to use him again and I find that he was probably one of the most knowledgeable and professional that I have met in my 65 years. His price was reasonable and his skill was excellent.

Bill came to my house within a half an hour of speaking to me about a very leaky water heater in the middle of the night and was back at my home the very next day to replace it! He was very kind to my young son who wanted to be involved as well and explained the entire process to my husband and I. We will be calling the Pipe Doctor the next time we need a plumber!
