"It's hard to imagine a bathroom renovation being a pleasure, but John made it so! He and his partner Michael completed a full gut and remodel of our primary bathroom. He was punctual, efficient, positive and respectful in every aspect of our work together. The finished product looks amazing, and the process was smooth from start to finish thanks to John's hard work, great communication and expertise. From plumbing, to electrical, tiling...he did it all and did it all extremely well! After contacting John for a quote, he responded in a timely manner, came to review the project with us and really listened to what we wanted and found a creative way to make it happen. He provided us a thorough overview of scope of work, along with a shopping list, and the cost for his labor. We liked that we could shop for our own choice of materials to help us control costs there, and his price for labor was very fair. Between estimate to the day our job started, John stayed in touch and was always available for questions, just a text away. He arrived right on time day one, completed the job to schedule, and left our home extremely neat each day, and minimized disruptions (extra appreciated as we work from home and have an infant!). We love our new bathroom so much we are already planning to call John back to work on our other bathroom!"
