"Chris was great. He gave an estimated arrival time and kept me posted about when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he was very professional and respectful of my home; he didn't even mind my nosy cat. He gave me an assessment of possible repairs needed on my portable AC, gave me an estimate for possible costs and provided an invoice on the spot.
