Mario called me right back after my request on Home Advisor on Wednesday 12/19. Rain was forecast later on Thursday (12/20) and all day Friday so I wasn't sure they would be able to do before Christmas. I called Mario back on Thursday morning and he came same day and gave me a price first thing Thursday just after 9 am, got his crew there in the morning and the property was cleaned before the rain.
