"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by.
