"I can only say WOW. Wood floors were miserable and had put off refinishing because of the hassle of moving furniture etc. Laurence? Lawrence? of Hollywood Floors actually seemed to know wood floors. "The installers were highly competent and professional, but for whatever reason they came up short on the oak flooring, and the warehouse had none of baseboard trim in stock the morning they came to our house so they had to come back a week or so later to complete the project."
