We had 2 different wood floors on our first floor and upstairs landing , red oak with a clear poly finish and maple with a cherry gel finish that we wanted to have refinished with one unifying stain color. It is extremely difficult to match stain color on two different species of wood to get a close match. He did so beautifully and we could not be more thrilled with the results. Working with him was a pleasure. He is great communicator and a perfectionist. He explained the challenges clearly and the possible solutions and problems so we could we could make an informed decision. Ivis came as scheduled took measurements and told me exactly what I was going to need, including the self leveler I didn’t know I needed. I’m glad he knows what he’s doing. He didn’t just lay the floor over the ugly green tile like many would do. He took the old tile off and installed the floor. Very little wasted material. Quick and efficient. My wife and I are very satisfied with the way the floor came out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be contacting him shortly for more projects."
