"From initial meeting with sales representative through installation, staff was knowledgeable, professional and performed good work. The products were thoroughly explained to us and why it could alleviate the dampness and odor in our basement. So far (four months in), it appears to be working. We were told the time the installers would be here; on the day of install they encountered an issue with their truck which delayed their arrival. The team leader called us immediately and advised us of the issue then called an hour later to tell us they were on their way. They were respectful of our home and kept the mess to a minimum (there will be dust from the jackhammering!). They explained everything they were going to do as they went along (my husband asked). The work was completed in 2 1/2 days."

Their excellent assessment and quality of work were evident as I looked at their pictures of before and after replacements of PVC pipes for main sewer lines, sink and shower drains, and water lines for the toilet. Also, Avi and Sean installed a new well pump and pressure tank system. They even came to my home on a holiday to assure me that I'd have water. As true professionals, Avi, and Sean are efficient, punctual, and reputable. Their work ethic is commendable and gracious manners are exceptional. "Delanson Gardens did excellent work edging 7 garden beds around my home in Delmar. Doug and his crew installed new aluminum edging and stone borders as well as pulled up/reused aluminum edging borders that were almost entirely buried in the ground. They spread river stone and/or mulch in all garden beds and built a timber border around my shed. Doug skillfully reused some landscaping rocks/stepping stones that were on my property (but not part of the current landscaping). Doug and his crew were courteous and professional. And they did the work on the originally scheduled dates (no delays)."
