"I have used My Town Handyman in the past and had excellent results so when I had a much larger project, I did not hesitate to call. Serge quoted me a price for the service and we set up a start date. He and his crew were on time and worked tirelessly from 8 am to 6 pm most evenings until the project was completed. He made suggestions that were cost saving and better suited to the work I had contracted for. Cabinets in my kitchen were replaced, a floor was laid, electric outlets were installed, lighting was installed, sheet rock replaced, installed an oven fan,  painting, hanging blinds, tiling - everything to make my kitchen and dining area complete and updated - even the kitchen sink was installed by My Town Handyman. I highly recommend this service and found them to be trustworthy, professional, courteous and all around nice people. They would clean the work area every evening before leaving. Serge even fixed my garage door because he said it was too squeaky. He used his own van to pick up material that I had ordered to complete the job and saved me the delivery charge.

"I have to admit, I was really disappointed with my overall experience. I was told that I could one time do a reimbursement. First off, why would you do that if you have already paid for service?!?! Then it took almost a week to get some one to address my situation. Now, I do realize that it does take time to get things rolling, but a week?? The gentleman that came to do the work was knowledgeable, but he didn't want to work with he Google representative to make sure that my NEST was/wasn't working properly. He was very short with the rep. and after several minutes of debating with him finally gave in and addressed both of our concerns. The other concern I had was, I was told that I would not have to pay anything this time, because of the delay, yet the rep. said I owed $65.00. He showed me the data he had and sure enough it said that I owed $65.00. Why, would a rep. from your own company tell me this and then turn around and not honor it?!?!? I sure hope that it doesn't take that long to get service the next time, that I need to have something done. What ever happened to customer service?? REALLY DISSSAPPOINTED!!!"

"I was amazed how quickly they removed the roof and had the new roof in on the same day. Left the jobsite relatively clean, though I am still finding roofing nails here and there. They used a rolling magnet at cleanup, but it missed a few. Very satisfied with the job overall and would recommend this company to friends."
