This is the second time i have used Bkm and as usual i am very pleased with the work ,the fact that his staff is always on time and reliable. Brad and his team did a professional job. They arrived on time, did the work neatly and cleaned up the debris. When the damage to be repaired was found to be more extensive than expected, Brad worked within our budget constraints. The job included removing an air conditioner, removing an old deck, reframing and rebuilding an exterior wall, repairing rotten woodwork, plywood and siding.

We were very pleased with Brad & his worker's they did a great job,they tore down our paneling and refinished the walls. every day they cleaned up and vacuumed, put all the furniture back. The painters also were very neat and put all furniture back each day. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a GOOD crew to work in their home.

Brad Armel is a talented craftsman. I was impressed with the overall experience beginning with his punctuality, his skill in problem solving and his meticulous attention to detail. The project involved installing an entry and storm door on a very old house. Custom adjustments were needed that Brad was able to incorporate with the ease of an artist. Brad and his crew were fantastic. Brad ended up getting cabinets for us and installing them, as well as installing vinyl plank flooring in 2 rooms and replacing an exterior door that required new facia to match the siding. His work is meticulous with outstanding attention to detail. Brad and his crew showed up early, worked late and cleaned up at the end of each day. I will be using Brad and BKM for any future home improvements I need.

The workers were very professional and got the job done in a time timely manner. It was actually two jobs, powerwashing my deck, replace broken boards, then scrape it and paint it. The other jobs was replacing my wife's closet's doors and staining the new doors. They came in and made several recommendations, including the one that we hired them to do. They came in a timely fashion with the only delay due to a lack of dry weather that enabled them to complete the job. Everything about the work was completely professional.

You get what you pay for, I was happy with the price and the job was excellent. I had a small window - house getting powerwashed on a Tuesday and a graduation bbq on Saturday - deck was stained on Wednesday and dried in time for the bbq. I would hire this company again.

Installed drywall on basement ceiling. Arrived on time, did a good job. I would recomment this company to others.
