Small jobs welcome

"George is a careful, meticulous painter. He discussed all aspects of my job, explaining how he could repair various problems. He's innovative, he had a lot of good ideas that he implemented with great care. Punctual, courteous and friendly, he planned the job out perfectly. I had many rooms painted, George tackled one space at a time. He's a one man show, who I highly recommend. I'm very satisfied, with a job well done. He will be back at my home for another project in a few weeks. JM"

"Tom did a tremendous job. We needed our peak done in our back room as well. We did not have the right tape on it the first time and it was bubbling and coming off, he used the correct mesh tape and I have to tell you it looks amazing. Always gave me a heads up when on his way and very fair priced. Walls came out amazing highly recommended."

"Hector and Moises were excellent! Hector came with one other of their crew and assembled my permanent gazebo. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them! Clean... affordable and professional."

Drywall questions, answered by experts

Water-damaged drywall should almost always be replaced. Not only does it look bad, it’s a breeding ground for toxic mold. Even if you think the area is dry and there’s no active leak, the only way to be sure is to cut out the damaged area and see for yourself.

Installing or repairing plaster on ceilings differs slightly from performing the same motions on a wall. You’ll apply slightly less plaster to lower the overall weight of the ceiling. Wall texturing is common, whereas most ceilings are smooth plaster. Tough coat plaster is strong, meaning you can use less while retaining a solid surface.

Options include bricks, natural stone, and concrete blocks. Choose based on durability, aesthetics, and budget.

If you only have tiny holes in your drywall (for example, dents or nail marks), you probably won’t need a patch kit. Instead, you can plug the hole with a small amount of spackle. Once the spackle dries, you can sand the area and paint over it—just like you would in the steps outlined above.

Cracks, holes, water damage, and dents from heavy equipment often require repair.
