Arolfo is a excellent home inspector and is thorough in his inspections, taking the time to inspect every aspect of the home, from the roof to the foundation, and everything in between. He pays attention to the smallest details and takes careful notes to include in the report. He is also an excellent communicator. He is able to explain his findings in a clear manner. He is very patient and willing to answer any questions that you may have, and always happy to provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
