"I had a leak under my sink with water pouring out. Also a leaky washer and warm but not hot water in two showers. I called Mark and he was incredibly responsive, set up a time at my convenience. He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. Well I just like to say It was an absolute pleasure to deal Ty Salazar the president of On The Level Design and Construction.

His staff was courteous and a very helpful,  the helped me from start to finish choosing the cabinetry, the fixtures, tile and spent there time helping me choose the paint colors.

The installed a beautiful new roof and took care of the old leaks

In the interim I was away at my summer home and felt very comfortable and safe leaving my home unattended while they did their work.

They were on time, clean and respectful.  Ty and his staff made sure that if any issue arose they took care of it right away.  They scheduled all deliveries in to coincide with the project efficiently. 

The electrician and plumber did top notch work efficiently and right the first time.

I'm going to miss Ty and his crew I enjoyed having them around and very thankful for the great work
