He did not fix the problem- toilet is still running.
He did not send a receipt as promised.
He did not respond to my emails for follow up.
And lastly, he claimed the flapper was old and worn when I knew it was new since I was the one who just purchased it!
Waste of money. Not satisfied.
Should have never sent the first positive review!!!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional. I needed an emergency repair for a water leak and he came through right away. He also installed a new sink food disposal for us. The work was done quickly and no mess was left behind. Definitely my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Josh, was able to promptly change out my water heater to my home. Then he came back a 2 days later to double check and make sure it was working right and running as it should. He’s my go to guy for any plumbing and water issues. I’d recommend him to any and everyone. Does great work and priced right
