"Removed, cleaned and replaced 4 rooms of drapery and cleaned in place 2 other rooms. Service was personal and professional. Handled both silk and synthetic fabrics perfectly. Would use them again."

"The carpet cleaning was excellent as all the stains were removed and Nathan even did an extra pass of cleaning to make sure the carpet was perfect. His carpet installer, Ever, was on time with a ready smile and ready to work. Without asking, Ever, cut up the old carpet, rolled and taped the carpet and said he would discard the carpet himself to avoid me the work. The carpet looked beautiful, fully stretched and perfect. I highly recommend On The Carpet without hesitation."

"
  1. Mike the owner was great. He was very punctual and gave me the best price for a top quality carpet.
He would always answer and return phone calls, and even met me again for  a second remeasure to make sure of the size.
  1. His team came early in the morning and stayed most of the day to complete a big job.. They were very polite, clean, and worked efficient.

I would definitely recommend the company, and use them again in the future."

Drapery Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, many providers offer removal, cleaning, and reinstallation services for added convenience.

You can clean curtains without washing them by vacuuming them and then steam cleaning or having them dry cleaned. When vacuuming, use a soft brush attachment if you’re working with a heartier material, like cotton or polyester. You can spot-treat stains with a stain remover after vacuuming, and then use a steam cleaner to clean the curtains from top to bottom. You can also bring them to a dry cleaner to have odors, dirt, stains, and allergens removed without washing them.

If you proactively avoid grime buildup and mold growth, you can clean the shower curtains as needed. However, if you forget to take preventive action, a good rule of thumb is to clean fabric curtains about every three months. And you’ll clean plastic liners and curtains every three to four weeks.

You should avoid putting anything in the dryer that could be damaged from the heat or tumbling motion, or caught in any parts of the dryer. While there are some items that should never be dried (such as spandex, silk, leather, wool, etc.), there are some items you can dry, but only if you put them in a mesh bag first. These are usually delicate items or any items with strings or pieces attached that could be ripped off in a drying cycle.

Yes, using appropriate techniques and solutions for material-specific care.
