Manny and his team were excellent, kind , courteous and clean and the pricing was also great, highly recommended.

Did a horrible job, they were barely cutting the grass and destroyed my newly installed sod. I told the owner and he didn?t even bother coming by to check on his crew. Of course I ended up paying anyway for the ridiculous cuts and now need to get many areas of my lawn reseeded.

First time using a contractor for lawn/landscaping service. So far Southwinds has impressed me with their service. It was a test for spring cleanup and pruning and they delivered. I’m happy with the result. Manny the owner is easy to talk to and answers all your questions with ease and confidence. Looking forward to a good landscaping season.

Job done right

They have been cleaning my property for a while and recently the same level of care is just not there. They sliced through my smart home wires which were a tad pricey (159.00) and all they seemed to do was snicker and â apologizeâ . The owner Manuel came and spoke with us and stated he would reprimand the guys and that they would be more careful. Never once offered to replace the damaged lights. EDIT: this morning December 7th, they came for just a clean up and as we are all decorated for Christmas- we came outside after they have been working for a little bit and noticed one of our Christmas lights ripped in half. The owner came (Manuel) and immediately started implying that we were the ones to damage our own lights that his guys would not do that. (If they didnâ t pay for the last couple damages, why would we possibly damage our own lights that are 2 days old) while speaking with the owner - the landscapers were snickering and laughing and mocking myself and my wife. As my wife started to walk away they all were pointing and laughing and mimicking her. Instead of resolving the issue- Manuel condoned their behavior and instead of correcting the problem he allows them to act in an extremely unprofessional behavior. If you have anything of value on your property select a different landscaping company. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some expenses. We are extremely disappointed in the way they handle their business. The owner does not have control of his own company. He is disrespectful and unprofessional every step of the way. He does not want to hold his team responsible for their carelessness and disregard of other peopleâ s property

Manuel and his crew were OUTSTANDING from the beginning to the end. He is a hands on contractor--he leads his crew by example. He worked closely with us---all his suggestions and additions were perfect. Manuel can be trusted and his skill level is extraordinary! A 5.0 is too low. We will hire him again.

Manny and his team did a wonderful job on my paver walkway and stoop. He is friendly, knowledgeable and did such a great job we are having his team do another project for us as well as handle our landscaping needs.

They came when they said they would and finished the job in one day. Manny and Louis did a fantastic job!

I highly recommend this company. They removed a wood retaining wall and installed a masonry wall. The job presented several challenges which they met with flexibility and skill. They left the job site even cleaner than I’d hoped. They also gave us the best estimate. I’m very happy we chose them to do our project.

Hired after seeing a lot of good reviews in for spring clean up but was not worth it for me unfortunately. They said something and did something. Spring clean up without power racking and edging was pathetic

I had my lawn de-thatched. They did a thorough job even hand raking areas that the machine didnt reach deep enough.
