We had a three-season room built on top of an existing deck. The owner was involved every step of the way. He came out for the initial consultation, and was around just about every day during construction to update us on progress and timelines. He and the construction crew were personable and upfront with any issues they encountered. During construction, the crew found significant wood rot and water damage left to us from a previous owner. They informed us of the damage, gave us some options, and performed the repairs themselves, all for what we considered a very reasonable price. We really appreciated the level of communication and them being forward about this, and are grateful for the repairs. The room is just what we envisioned, and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Pro Home and Sunrooms. The one small thing we'd change would be the amount of communication we received prior to the work starting. Construction was delayed by COVID-19, not due to Pro Home and Sunrooms, and we had to reach out to the owner once our initial start date had come and gone for a new schedule

Product delivered promply but weather delayed the installation. I answered No to "would you hire again? " because i doubt if I will ever need this product again.

Excellent, Michael was very thorough and professional. Went above and beyond to inspire me on my remodeling project. I also loved that he performed without a crew of undesirable characters as I have had in the past. Michael is my first call for any home improvement project even if its just for advise

Fitch Construction Inc did a phenomenal job. They were very conscientious, they did great quality work, they were fantastic with the clean up, did everything on time, were very attentive, and the sunroom has been my favorite room since they did it. The work crew were very, very nice guys, tried to be unobtrusive, and were very good about not spreading their mess to the rest of the house. If you need to have people working in your house for several days Fitch Construction Inc was wonderful. The only setback was that the original quote when up a little bit because they saw some problems once they started the work but it was certainly not anything unreasonable. They were a little bit more pricey than some of your more generic sunroom companies but the quality was worth it. I really lucked out in choosing them and I'm very, very pleased

The project was beautifully done. The crew that did the work were knowledgeable, carried themselves as professionals, very clean, and Tim specifically, is an emerging craftsman. He built a railing that is not only necessary and functional, but beautiful. They all went the extra mile to ensure my comfort with the project. The guys were pulled off of our project, causing a slight delay (four days). This was definitely the fault of the person who schedules projects. The crew leader and the crew built this addition, which is very important to us, as if it were his own. I am impressed (and am not easily impressed!). I would recommend this company to anyone interested. Rob was my contact person

The work was to replace an old one that was inadequate and heaved and fell after 8 years of installation. Had drainage issues and needed multiple drains to move the water away. It was a difficult job. I had at least 15 people give me at least 15 ways to fix this issue. The more they talked, I discovered they don't know what they're talking about! I got a card in the mail from Benson Enterprises; answered it. They're professional and knew exactly what to do to solve the problems. It wasn't cheap but reasonable for the work they did

  • FEOR CONSTRUCTION INC
    5.0
Feor Construction, owned and run by Kevin and Lisa Feor, operates as a both a contractor and a prime contractor to perform 100% of the building project - starting with converting your back-of-the-envelope sketches to formal drawings approved by the zoning officer to coordinating the final inspection by the building inspector. Kevin looks after all of the details of measuring, specifying, keeping the work flowing, and ordering materials; Lisa handles the books. In my case we built a sunroom - or 3-season room addition off the back of our house. Kevin came out and measured and we talked about the project. He returned a detailed quote within a few days as paced by the time it took him to get material prices. They are very conscientious about everything including matching the siding with exactly what was already there and getting the caulk that exactly matches the colors and materials being used. They built our room from scratch - framing, electric, insulation, walls, siding, sky lights, roofing. I think the framer was one of Kevin's guys - this guy's framing work could have passed for finished carpentry . Everything fit down to a tenth of an inch...incredible. Was everything prefect? D*** near but he ordered one 5 foot window that should have been 6 feet but got on the phone and discussed the options and of course had no problem in sending the wrong part back and getting the right one. But to avoid schedule impact I opted for using the 5 foot with a couple of wall sconces on either side. Kevin's very professional and will keep you posted of what's going to happen when. He's very direct - a little bit of a bull in a china shop (but no breakage) and will get along with you fine as long as your not a jerk. Be aware that when the work starts; he's making things happen as a professional. Being pros, there's a contract and they expect contractually defined payments when they're due. You shouldn't expect less. Make sure you're clear up front with what you want and what you don't want. Make sure the drawings reflect that; then when the work starts get out of the way and enjoy the progress. Once they started, there was no idle time on the job site - one stage moved to the next pretty seamlessly. We're very pleased with the work. The price is reasonable given the quality of work and materials. We would absolutely engage Feor for future work and we're pleased to recommend them without reservation

Overall, I'd give them a 97 out of 100%. If there's anything I think they could improve upon, it's more from an administrative aspect. They are a small company and their professionalism reflected a more casual professional "office" atmosphere. But let me balance that with a comment that when I called at 5:30 PM to say my back door wouldn't lock properly, both the contruction manager and project manager were ready, willing and able to come by that evening to fix it. And they did. On the other hand my sales person did not list (nor ever provide) me with a cell phone number or email address to contact him directly. This proved to be a bit inconvenient for me. There were differences of opinions on what was discussed during our initial and secondary project meeting and the notes of our discussions were not kept. They couldn't find my plot map to submit to the town for the permit and, we are still discussing one or two other items. This aside, they have taken action on the few things I brought to their attention and I am very pleased with with the results and their work. I would highly recommend using Fitch for your new building constructions.
