After paying them, they made a clerical error and sent me an invoice a week later to pay them again, which took some time to clear up. 3. I was willing to give them another chance and hire them again only to be told that they "could not provide service because they had had less than desirable interactions in the past." Not my fault the cleaners don't clean thoroughly, then complain about having to do the job they've been hired for, then attempt to bill the customer twice, and then complain about the customer being willing to give them a 2nd chance... best to find another company..."
