I don't have much to say, but thank you for your, professionalism. I wish hire them for all of my jobs.

On the morning of Saturday November 11, 2023 1-800 GOT JUNK came to pick up some things that my husband and I were getting rid of. First off they were late, and secondly, they took something that they weren't suppose to take. They took my Father's flag that was hanging on a wall in a blue plastic bag. Noone instructed them to take anything off the wall. I'm deeply hurt and saddened by what had accrued. I called them no more than two hours out and I was told flat out that it was gone. None would tell me where they took the items, I didn't get the help that I needed to get my Father's flag back with the bullets that were in the bag as well. Noone was willing to go above and beyond to help me. But they got paid. Horrible customer service. Not willing to help the customer in any way that they can. I'm sure that my Father's American Flag got donated, and not trashed, because who would throw out an American Flag? I was told what the process is. When they get the items, they sort it out by what they can sell, what gets donated and what is garbage. I asked where they were they took the items and they wouldn't tell me. My Father's Flag was all that I had of him, and now it's gone forever. My experience with 1-800 GOT JUNK was horrible in the end , I will never use them again. They took something that was dear to me., and my heart is broken. My advice to everyone, make sure you watch what they take, if you ever use them to come get your junk. Dawn A. Very good. They were fast and very professional.

We didn't have a full load and they charge you by the amount of space that you take up. We used 3/4 of the truck. A couple of my friends referred me to them. They were supposed to come between 8 and 10 and came a little after 9. They had stuff they had to take down a flight of stairs and they were good. They had some heavy stuff they had to take out of there too, some exercise equipment. I think the price was pretty fair considering, I was thinking it would be more. I would definitely call them again. Al they had to do was pick up and lift out. There were 3 guys that came, they were very efficient, it took them maybe 25 minutes and we had them going to different floors, we have 3 floors in the house. They came did what they had to do packed up and left. They came out the same day I called them. They came within the time frame. They assured that they had parking because I told them parking might be a problem because it was side of the street parking that day and it's always very difficult but they handled it. They were casual but they were professional. The young man looked at the space and figured out the pricing. He talked to someone in the office and gave me a bill and I thought that was good.

They showed up, gave an estimate and hauled away.  It all happened so fast...great experience.

We initially called in two 3 different companies to get estimates.  My original goal was to have the salvation army or goodwill come in and remove the furniture, but they have distant time windows to come and even mentioned that they may not be able to take everything out.  1800 Junk does not discriminate in what they remove and donate/recycle.  It's a service that charges you by how much space in the truck they fill up.  My total bill was $455.10 for a good amount of furniture and household junk.  They do all the moving for you and were very polite about not disturbing the neighbors.  I also like that you can pay with credit card.  One of the junk companies I had out was strictly cash only.  Overall a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

Matt was very polite and courteous, and listened to my concerns. His team removed my old furniture very quickly and professionally.
They even cleaned up the space after dissembling the wooden frame in the bedroom!
I have already recommended them to friends, and I will definitely use them again!!
