John was very neat, professional and clever in his solutions as we rebuilt after a pipe burst in our basement. He constructed everything from a basic workbench to an under-the-stairs reading nook with storage to a beautiful built-in media center. The electrician, drywaller and painter he brought in were also neat, professional and polite. John is a gem — intelligent, thorough, and skilled and we would definitely hire him for any future projects.

Perfect. The room is paint-ready, they even wiped it all down and I could paint it today. The doors took some designing and careful measurement to fit, so they both looked good and could hook into the ceiling to stay open as needed. They used thick birch plywood so it looks great and won't be flimsy, and had extra sheets on hand to save time (but got it right the first time and didn't need 'em.) It all looks great and works just as we requested. The work finished ahead of schedule. John was flexible when we reduced the spec, adjusted the price down, no problem. Workers were courteous and always let me know when they were coming. Cleaned up at the end. No complaints at all, will gladly use Bellomi Construction for more jobs on our home.

John and his team were a pleasure to deal with. True professionals who are reliable, talented in their craft, and they gave honest, objective input as it related to the project. We had shiplap installed on all walls floor-to-ceiling, new moldings installed, we had a cross beam in the room wrapped and stained in natural wood to match a fireplace mantle that was also installed as part of the project. The team was efficient and extremely neat. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I will hire John again, as well as highly recommend him to others.

Our project involved a complete demolition of our kitchen and the removal of one demising wall. It was a sizable project which involved the combination of the kitchen and a formal dining room involving one third of our main floor. The entire project took 8 weeks to complete, which is fast considering the work involved. John was responsive and communication was constant. He was transparent and made it a point to text me with schedule updates weekly. There was some changes in our project which added additional work and his additional charges were minimal. His performance and the performance of his crew was outstanding to say the least. The work area was broom-swept every afternoon and all garbage and debris was removed from my house daily. We are planning a bathroom remodel for 2020 and John is our guy. I am not even going to price him out. I trust that he will be fair and the work will be completed in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

John and his team did an outstanding job with our kitchen renovation. We had new drywall’s put, got new ceiling lights and outlets updated, updates to the plumbing, and installed new floor and kitchen backsplash tiling. The quality of the work was excellent and the team was courteous and very professional in working through our requests. John is the right kind of guy that you want to have working in your house. He is focus on the quality product that he delivers. Even though he is a general contractor he is knowledgeable about all areas of the construction. Annie's willing To listen to you and take your thoughts and concerns in to what hes working on. The Craftsman ship and quality work that he puts into his jobs are seen by anyone that has visited my bathroom since the construction has ended. Through bathroom gut and reconfiguration and upgrade Bellamy construction is my 1st choice again and my 1st recommendation.

Excellent and fast work. The work was completed in fast and professional manner. It exceeded my expectations. I bought a foreclosure that needed some work. The old deck looked like it was built by the previous owner himself and was a compilation of spare pieces he had laying around. It was not safe to stand on. John brought his crew in and in less than a week had the entire deck removed, including a large roof section, and the new deck built exceeding local code requirements. I will definitely hire Bellomi construction when I am ready to build a 3 car detached garage.

John was great to deal with and he completed our projects as promised. His estimate was very fair and everything was completed as budgeted. He kept my home neat and clean every day which was really nice to come home to for such a big project. My kitchen came out beautiful and John paid attention to every detail along the way. Fairly smooth. Some minor difficulties but quickly overcame them. When gutting a kitchen and opening a wall to open floor plan some stumbling blocks are bound to arise but were handled easily.
