"We had needed to replace the roof on our home for some time. From a referral, we contacted Jamie Feher, owner of J&J Construction & Remodeling. In a very timely manner, he prepared a quote and a plan to get this job done for us. Jamie is a great contractor to work with. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, honest, polite and hard working. He always made time to answer and questions or concerns we had. Jamie and his crew got right to work on our roof. They did a beautiful job. "NONE OF THE JOB CHOICES ABOVE SUIT MY SITUATION !! I hired Four Winds Masonry and Chimney to make repairs to my chimney. The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. The initial estimate was a broad "time and materials" estimate. What might be called a "ballpark" estimate. The final price was at the lowest price of the estimate. I am very pleased !! "Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. Itâ s great to know that there is someone out there who cares and treated my home with care and exemplary customer service."
