"Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it.   They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service.  I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.

"I had joseph come out to my home with his team to mount 2 new tvs and hook up smart thermostats around my home. The service was phenomenal and the work was even better. All of the wires were hidden behind the wall and the new outlets they installed for the tvs were seamless. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner, I would and will absolutely have them back to install my security cameras when I'm ready to have them done. "Timothy Hadley is absolutely wonderful! He came to the apartment to pick up the television and brought it to his location to be inspected. He got us a quote within a day, as well. I loved that before he even came to get the tv, he checked to make sure it was worth fixing. He is very honest and forthright in his dealings. Within a day, he had fixed the television and brought it back in perfect working order. He then took our speaker equipment and fixed that as well. I would recommend him to anyone who has any kind of electronic repair. He is a great person, both professionally and ethically. Overall, between the tv and the speakers (which are both very expensive equipment), we spent $1000 but it was as far less than it would be to purchase these things brand new. Timothy is a class act!"
