Kevin Dulio has been involved in the landscape industry for over 20 years. He was interested in horticulture in high school and decided to make it his career. While studying horticulture at Delaware Valley College, he worked at two garden centers to increase his knowledge of plant material. Permits are often needed if the stump is part of a protected tree species, near public areas or utility lines, or close to environmentally sensitive zones like wetlands.
