"I called them on Friday and made an appt for Sunday to come and give a free estimate. The appt was for 10am and he did not show until almost 11am. I had to reach out to see what the delay was. They were pleasant while going over all the work that needed to be done. I told them that I had the coupon printed from here and he said ok. When he texted me the estimate I asked if that was with the coupon included, he then proceeded to tell me that he is no longer working with Angie’s list and he will not accept the coupon but will give me 10% off. So within 3 days he was not working with Angie’s list. I called Angie’s list and spoke with them and this company is still very active with them. The customer service is very poor. I believe that being the job was on the bigger aide they just didn’t want to deal with getting less money than wanted. When I asked about the coupon on Sunday he should have clearly stated that he was not dealing with Angie’s list and not accepting the coupon. Very unprofessional and upsetting. I do not reccomend this company. Angie’s list is also dealing with this issue as well!"
