He said he would be over within the hour and, true to his word, he was. He sized up the issue (loose vinyl siding at the peak of the house, which had come free in the high winds of Thanksgiving day, and was flapping in the wind. He made a very fair offer, was open to some haggling, and we agree upon a price. He did the work quite well and the siding is now secure and looks fine, too. Did you know there is a 'skin' on vinyl siding and IMPROPER power washing actually remove it!? He also SHOWED us WHY our roof needed to be cleaned in addition to the house siding.
