Melvin arrived on time to walk though the job and provide an estimate. He was clearly thorough and experienced, and caught some areas of the exterior to clean that I hadn't noticed. He offered a fair quote, was able to get me on his schedule right away, and he completed the work on schedule. Quality was good. House, PVC fencing, and patio pavers are clean and ready for our party this weekend. Would recommend.

Xpress Powerwashing’s work was outstanding. My house and vinyl fencing was softwashed and my deck and furniture was power washed. They meticulously pay attention to detail. My windows were spotless. A friend asked if I had gotten my house resided it was so clean. I highly recommend them. They are also reasonably priced. Well worth it.

Melvin, the owner was totally professional. He kept me informed every step. He called the night before and the morning the work was to be done with a time. He arrived at that time or a little earlier. The whole experience was not stressful. The deck like new! I will hired them in the future.

Melvin was one of two quotes I received through Angi. Melvin came the same day I put my request on Angi. I liked his knowledge and explanation of what he would do. Melvin also had a nice and pleasant demeanor. He also quoted me a price that I thought was fair. Melvin did a very good job cleaning my house, gutters, decks and gazebo. He went over and above what we talked about by cleaning my white oil tank and front brick walkway. I told Melvin that I wanted him back next year because my husband and I were so pleased with his work.
