My only complaint is that as they cleaned the outside of the windows, they did not use a towel at the bottom to catch drips from the squeegee on the bottom ledge of the black-framed windows which left watermarks and drips below the window on the white siding. The owner is very friendly and the couple who cleaned was nice but not thorough enough for the price I paid.

Ron at Hamlet responded quickly to our inquiry and came by the next day to quote the work. The team that came by to do the work were very careful with delicate areas. They were through, detailed, and did an incredible job. The house, brickwork, gutters, and fence all looked remarkable after power washing!

Ron, the owner was very prompt with his response and estimate. His crews were extremely efficient. I would hire them again. The only think I would ask the crews is to close the gates after you opened to access backyard. I didn't notice them until the next day.
