"I am writing this review to share my experience with Bryan owner of A1 Stone Care. I have granite countertops and a tile backsplash. I was stuck in a very upsetting situation as my old range died and all the replacements available today require a 30 inch wide opening (mine was 29 inches) and more depth than I had. A granite spacer needed to be removed. I was a stressed out wreck over it all. I reached out to various companies and Bryan was the only one who wanted to come to the house and see the issue vs give me a virtual estimate based on pictures and explanations. I understand that this is a small job for many companies, but that set him apart and was a MAJOR reason as to why I chose him. Very friendly and very neat. His price was VERY fair. He also reassured me that should my stove arrive and not fit for any reason, he would return to make it right. He wanted me to know he stands behind his work. Love that! "Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Such a pleasure to work with and we’ll continue to give him our business."
