Very happy with the roof replacement that they did. John took the time to give a detailed quote and explanation about the project and some of the options that we had. Clear and frequent communication throughout the project. They brought a big team and worked quickly to minimize the amount of disruption to the house. They were done in less than 3 days! Also installed gutter guards in the process, which was a big plus for us. They sent some drone shots during work so that we could easily see progress.

Mike and Jamie were great to work with. When we had our first consultation, they were super informative and helpful in helping us decide on the right type of roof for solar. They even offered to inspect the roof after the solar is installed to ensure that nothing has damaged their existing work. Timing of installation was on schedule and was done sooner than we thought. Mike is extremely professional and also incredibly quick and accurate in his assessments. We asked Roofing Industrial Services to come take a look at our roof after our home insurance company said our roof needed to be updated with a more expensive material due to the angle. However Mike immediately knew that the insurance company had the wrong information and even provided us images of our roof proving that it did not need to be updated with that material. This was incredibly nice of them as it meant we would be saving money, but they were willing to help us get the right information. It's not easy to find companies who do honest business like this. We will definitely recommend them to our friends as well.

Price, service, job time, everything was perfect! I am a well informed and picky consumer. Having owned my home for nearly 30 years, this is the second time I have purchased a new roof. There was a mild hiccup with the timeliness of the crew on the first day, but calling sorted everything out in minutes. Work was completed as ordered, and a few days later a huge storm blew in. Roof held water tight; doesn't get better than that. It sounds corny but honestly I feel like I didn't just get a roof, I got peace of mind back.

Roofing Industrial Services did a wonderful job on my house. They coordinated with a Solar company to install a new roof and then panels on my roof. They did a really good job on the new roof. Their prices were reasonable. Their workers were always on time. They would alert us to expect pounding and noise, and all in all were efficient and very pleasant to be around. They cleaned up well and had the roof all set up for the solar company to add the panels. They were truly excellent in their workmanship. I have a good warrantee, that I don't expect to use. Working with this company was easy from the very start. I asked for a quote and the owner, John came out the very next week. When the men came out the week after that to work on the roof, they were very respectful, and communicative with me. One of them gave me their cell so I could communicate with them while they were on the roof if I had any questions. The work was completed in a timely manner. I hope I never have another roofing issue, but if I do I would absolutely use them again.

I'm really glad I went with Roofing Industrial Services. A new roof wasn't in my budget but contractor made an extremely stressful situation bearable. The quality of work definitely justifies the price and will end up being far less expensive in the long run than going with the cheapest roofer. The city I live in is very picky, permit wise. I can imagine the nightmare that would have turned into. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest roofing company that's not out to take advantage of you.
