"Kathy, our last correspondence was in an email dated June 10, 2021, like with many other emails and telephone calls we sent and made, you chose not to respond and try to resolve the issue. Instead, you decided to write a negative review over a year later. We explained why the cabinets you chose would not work and tried to rectify the situation. Not to go into further detail but you threatened with legal action. We would have been more than happy to speak with your attorney but unfortunately, we never heard from them. In an email dated June 29, 2021, almost a month later, and still not having heard from your attorney and you still not willing to talk to have this issue resolved, we asked for your attorney number so we could reach out to them. Once again no response. As we have offered so many times in the past year, please contact us so that we can further discuss our options."
