The man was absolutely excellent. He measured down to the inch even to notch in certain moldings by the entrance door to the countertop backsplash my counter stove, top fit perfect he installed everything cleaned up perfectly. I didn't even have to clean the kitchen. I highly recommend him if I could give him more than five stars I wouldI'm very pleased.

Yanez did an exceptional job replacing my laminate countertop with granite. I had gotten estimates from Home Depot and Lowes, which were a lot more expensive and for some reason involved weeks of preparation before the work could be done. Yanez completed the measurements and helped me choose an attractive sink and faucet. within a week he installed a beautiful granite countertop as well as repairing a cracked floor sash with the same granite as a finishing touch the same day. He was polite and respectful of my property and cleaned up well after the work was done.

Contractor and his crew didn?t return to caulking the edges which they promised to come back the next day. Looks pretty bad and very disappointed

Unethical, poor workmanship failure to provide what was expected, careless installation... scratching the floor and soiling stainless fixtures.

Our new countertop was installed with almost no down time and Yanes and co when the extra mile getting us up and running temporarily until the plumper could come. Would use again. Counter top is looking, too...

Neat ,efficient and polite

I hired Yanez for installation of 15 feet long quartz countertop in my new sunroom. From the selection of quartz to finish, Mike walked me through entire process kindly. I visited their shop and brand new cutting machine looked very promising. They are legitimate and established with good crews. Their price is very reasonable too. Two thumbs up for Yanez and highly recommended. Definitely hire them again for my next kitchen project. Thanks for the satisfying work. We are so happy.

I have never worked with just unprofessional people. They do not stand for their work. They did a horrible installation, all of the material looks like it was glued on with pieces. Had them come out to fix but saw more imperfections and now they want to charge me to come out to fix it. Stay away.
