They showed up without a call (beyond, if the weather holds, we might be there next week; I'll keep you posted); and the work they did to re-lay some existing pavers and slate was not braced correctly. When I called to say that pavers were moving (after < a week), I was told it wasn't their fault."

He went above and beyond as we added things to the project and he came through with economical ways to complete the additions that we asked for. He even suggested using the extra pavers to make an area for the garbage can. They were professional, courteous and took care to clean up after themselves.
