"Our water is hard and I stressed that to our estimator (salesman). We also have a 4-6 family household and 3 1/2 baths. Everything says 64000 capacity softener. We were assured the 24000 would suffice and get the job done. We put in a brand new bathroom. We have 1 person using it and have had company over the holidays where another has for 2 weeks. We clean weekly but see the pictures because the remodeling person who uses the same and recommended Pure Water Source says this shouldn?t be happening. I told them once the system wasn?t working properly but they said absolutely nothing wrong. Does this hard water spots look like soft water? How about that meter?"

I used Angi at about 11pm and within 10 minutes Ed from water works called and he came out 2 days later and put in a new pump. I am a DIYer and can say I rarely hire people. I hired Ed and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was doing, cleaned up and used quality American products. I researched a lot of plumbers and only on Eds reviews did they mention changing pumps. Honestly if I was younger I probably would have attempted to do it myself but after watching it without the proper equipment there is no way.
