"Just want to thank Tim, John, Mitch, Zack and anyone I might have missed for the wonderful job they did. You cant imagine how devastating it was to discover this problem. We contacted Craig Thomas and were visited by Will who confirmed our problem and told us what needed to be done. I was stunned and also very put off by the cost. However I realized it had to be done.
The first visit was about 5 hours and involved lots of loads of wash both bedding and clothing. We followed their recommendations and after many visits the infestation decreased. The last visit was in .April and we are pleased to say we have only seen a few leftovers which we were able to remove,

"Alan was on time to look over the job and provide the estimate within a day. Candi promptly prepared the contract. Once the contract was signed, she scheduled the project start date and the workers showed up as promised. Jose and Sammy worked 2 full days until all the work was done. They were polite and answered all my question about what they were doing. They provided me pictures of the gutters as I have an aversion to heights. The work area was kept clean as they were working and left the worksite like they found it when they started the job. The project went like clockwork and done in the most professional way. "Mr. Andriani visited my property and spent a fair amount of time determining what work needed to be done. He then provided what I considered a be a fair price to perform the tree service required. On the day of the service he and a professional climber, Richard, again discussed with me what needed to be done and proceeded with the trimming. During the day we continually had conversations on my satisfaction with their work so far and what still needed to be done. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the trimming and felt that I had been dealing with professionals.
