He was always prompt, professional, and he made everything fit and work. Cross County was a tight run ship. You have Lisa at the home front making calls, responding to calls, and scheduling dates at my convenience and I would definitely recommend them. The foreman & workers were very friendly and coordinated the work with the electrician for the sump pump. My basement is still dry after 3 inches of rain on 04/29/14. I would recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their basement. My only issue is that the project manager did not come to review and inspect the job after completion. Also, I do not know when the sump pump is on or off and how to know if it is on if there is a power outage or power surge."
