Called on Sunday morning on holiday weekend no less. Scott was there in less than an hour, and was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and professional. I was so nervous, and certainly will not be the next time we need a plumber! (BTW, Rotor- Rooter does not charge more for for holidays or weekends! Good to know! )
