We are extremely pleased with the work done by John and his highly professional crew. The estimate and final price were on target. The care, support, and suggestions were priceless. Our kitchen cabinets look new; the style, wood, and finish all came together with John's expert advice. He also solved other problems longstanding in our kitchen that saved us money in the long run, including new flooring. John sent us to a colleague who installed our floors at a great savings since it did not involve ripping up old tile. John worked with the flooring contractor to coordinate their schedules and the work being done. Thank you, John - experience, dedication, quality, and service all come together at Custom Interiors.

Overall I’d have to say custom interior did a fabulous job. I had several people come to my house and when John came it was clear John had experience and a vision that worked for me. Everyone who John has working for him are professional and good. On the downside I’d only say buyers should be aware that there are extra costs to the price you’ll get. Floor was extra, painting extra and there can be extras on other things if you want better tile etc. I saved some money doing demo but honestly felt should have got more credit back because it was major work then had to pay out of pocket for dumpster. Buyers should also understand you’ll have to have flexible work schedule as this took longer to complete than expected. But at the end of the day while expensive the kitchen turned out beautiful and whatever you do spend you get back. Use with confidence.

John was amazing! He is very passionate about his work and gave us a spot on schedule of work dates. His crew was very clean and John or Steve (Project Manager) were easily accessible to answer any questions/concerns. The quality of our cabinets is stellar- extremely durable. Our kitchen looks absolutely gorgeous and we are so glad we went with Custom Interiors.

They were great. He did a great job. His crew came in and they were on time, cleaned up after themselves, pleasant to have in the house. I would recommend him to a neighbor. He came highly recommended from other neighbors as I was talking to other people. It's the average cost for an average remodel of a kitchen.

I love my new kitchen. I used to have drawers that would pull out halfway and then threaten to fall on my foot. Now I have drawers that are bigger, better, and beautiful. They were able to add a drawer under my stove, using space that was unused. The cabinet doors are solid wood and look fabulous. Their price was significantly less expensive than the big box stores while only slightly more than if we had ordered RTA cabinets and done it ourselves. They were done in less than 2 days and put up with my questions and nit-picking.

They started the work a couple of weeks earlier than promised and were done exactly when they said! The ideas and the knowledge of owner of the company was extremely impressive. He gave us ideas that we absolutely love!! The man knows his business and has dedicated and very professional people working for him. All of the work is beautiful and worth every penny we paid!! The responsiveness when we had questions was amazing!!! Can't say enough good about this company!!

John embodies the demeanor of someone who enjoys his craft. From his knowledge to attitude about the work he does, it shows clearly. We began our discussions before we owned the home, but once we closed, the design work began in earnest. Within 6 weeks of finalizing, work was well underway and continued at a rapid but metered clip until completion. As someone familiar with the business and managing sub contractors- John does this quite well. His materials are also too notch, a good value for the price. I would highly recommend him for someone who is looking for a custom design at a reasonable price- with great service to boot.

The whole process was great from start to finish. John gave us an accurate, detail-oriented workplan and quote and was always very pleasant to work with. The team also executed our kitchen remodel beautifully.

Cons: They weren't the cheapest option by any means, but the quality of the work is ultimately well worth it.

- Quote: We purchased upgrades on our finishes, which impacted the cost after the quote, but John was alway conscientious about giving us a heads-up about those. The base quote was very true to the final bill. John was also very detail-oriented: pointing out areas of focus and being a good consultant on design choices as well.
- Execution: Everyone involved - main contractors and subcontractors both, were focused on quality and were great to have around. The lead contractor, Steve, in particular has his team running like a well-oiled machine. I also appreciated that he was always willing to answer questions, and was generally really consultative.
Cons: They weren't the cheapest option by any means, but the quality of the work is ultimately well worth it.

I was very happy with all aspects of doing business with this company. They did an excellent job re-facing my kitchen cupboard doors and drawers. My new cabinets/drawers are of very high quality and my kitchen looks beautiful...I should have done this years ago! The entire job took only 2 days. The installers were on time, very informed and they took pride in their work. It showed in the end result. They also cleaned up very well after the job was completed and hauled away the old cabinets. I would highly recommend them.

They were very efficient and measured everything. They got the cabinetry we wanted and they were punctual. It took them about a day to finish everything. The cabinets looked brand new. It was an excellent price for what they did.
