"This contractor was hired to do a bathroom re-modification for my special needs son. There was a breakdown of communication at every turn. From the start, the demo was a complete mess. The workers did not clean up after themselves and left nails and debris everyday. They used duct tape to lay down paper which left sticky residue on my hard wood floors and ruined my treks deck. They left furniture out on my porch with out any coverings and after a few days the rain ruined a few of the items. They did not have the correct fixtures, they provided poor samples of tiles and continually damaged items as they went along. The work was horrific. Tiles were not lined up and there were chips that I had to point out for them to fix. They didn't remove the old floor and were going to tile right over it. They nailed into the rubber matting under the shower floor. They cut into the wall after it was already tiled to build a shelf without any reinforcement behind it and in doing so, broke into my sons bedroom wall on the other side. They proceeded to do the job without the safety of my family in mind. After firing them, the new contractor had to start from scratch because the work they did was so wrong and completely unsafe. I wouldn't recommend them to build me a sandcastle."
