"The service technicians were professional.  We had to leave the house for 3 hours and put our cat with a vet.  They answered all my questions.  I think they did a good job.  We haven't seen any carpenter ants.

"They removed old moldy insulation, sprayed fungicide on the mold and encapsulated a crawl space. Also insulated with foam insulation around the entire basement rim joist, including the crawl space. They were on time and finished before they expected to. During the inspection, when I pointed out bubbles in the foam, they redid that section without question. Zy called after they finished to make sure I was satisfied."
