"It went very well. Joe Santos was thorough, detailed, honest, great at keeping us in the loop and he went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the kitchen and that it was done right. He was always checking to make sure we liked the work and he explained why he did this or that along the way so we learned a lot too. Very efficient with mounting our cabinets, you can tell he’s been doing this a long time and knows what he’s doing!"

"House has base board (boiler) heating system and wanted whole house AC. After consulting with Neal/Duane choose a Bosch 2 ton AHU w/35k inverter. Also had them add a surge protector because of the frequent power surges/outages in the area I live in rural area (Oswego county). Duct work needed to be installed which added to over all cost in materials and labor. Another factor was I had them add in the heating section of the system as the cost was minimal to the over all cost and now have a backup heating system. Work was done timely with little interruption. All was cleaned up afterwords and Duane did a little touch up work on the sub-contracted duct work. Used a Smart thermostat for the installed heat pump and later replace the boiler thermostat w/ a smart thermostat as well which allows me to control/monitor all heating and AC systems remotely. Very glad and satisfied I went with Prime Heating and Air ."
